Bring the natural beauty of the Holy Land into your home with this remarkable serigraph of "The Road To Ein Kerem" by Reuven Rubin. Based in a lovely array of earth tones, this work portrays the idyllic landscape leading up to the village of Ein Kerem, including blossoming trees, hills rolling in the distance and old stone buildings. Located in southwestern Jerusalem, Ein Kerem is an ancient village that is believed to be the birthplace of John the Baptist. Stunningly detailed, this serigraph is a wonderful way to connect your home to the Holy Land.

Born in Romania at the end of the nineteenth century, Reuven Rubin studied at the famed Betzalel School in Jerusalem before sharpening his skills in France and the United States. Upon his return to the Land of Israel, Rubin helped found the "Eretz Yisrael" school, depicting the Land's natural landscape and diverse population. In addition to having his work celebrated and displayed around the world, Rubin is also noted for his being the first Israeli diplomat to serve in Romania after the founding of the State.
