Before placing an order with My Jerusalem Store, please review our shipping policy, as outlined below:

When Can I Expect To Receive My Order?

To calculate when you will receive your order, you need to consider the availability of the items you are ordering, as well as the shipping option that you select.

Here's the equation that we use to calculate order arrival times:

Longest Item Availability + Shipping Time = Total Estimated Delivery Time

Example: The availability of books on our site is approximately 1-4 business days, so if you are using EMS (Global / Express Mail Service), which has an estimated shipping time of around 2-4 business days (depending on where you live) then according to our formula, your total delivery time will look like this:

1-4 business days (item availability) + 2-4 business days (shipping time) = delivery to your door within approximately 3-8 business days after placing your order.

Regarding Out-of-Stock Items

In general, My Jerusalem Store typically carries all of its products in stock, with some exceptions such as with Personalised Jewelry, made-to-order luxury jewelry, Jesus Sandals, etc. In the event that the item you ordered is temporarily out-of-stock, our customer service team will notify you within 48 business hours and help you with your order. You will be informed of the estimated wait time it will take to get your item back in stock or assisted with canceling or exchanging your order for another product.

What if my order includes several items with different availabilities?

Unless you notify us by email, multiple-item orders are held for shipment until all items are available. (For instance, if you order three items, and two have an availability of 24 hours while one has an availability of 2 to 3 business days, your order will ship when all the items are available, in 2 to 3 business days.)

Due to new U.S. import tariffs of 15% on goods from Israel, a surcharge applies to affected items. To reduce the impact, we share this cost with you: at checkout, you’ll see only an 8% surcharge, while My Jerusalem Store covers the remaining amount.

This surcharge applies only to items shipped from Israel to the U.S. Products shipped directly from the U.S. are not subject to this tariff. In all cases, no additional tariffs will be charged upon delivery.

Shipping - Israel:

Express Mail - 2-3 Business Days for a fee of $9.95.

Please Note:
For orders outside Israel and the U.S. applicable duty and taxes may be imposed on your order that are not reflected in our prices. It is the customer's responsibility to pay these fees to receive their shipment. Check with your local customs office for more information. Some countries will not allow food items, cosmetics, jewelry, or certain other goods to clear customs and your order may be delayed or returned if an item of this type is included in your shipment. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to severe weather, natural disasters or strikes, and some carriers may experience delays during the holiday season. We are also not responsible due to delays caused by customs and/or border control.
