Made from blackened pewter, this mezuzah is adorned with an intricate lacework pattern that is adapted from the silver binding of a 17th century Bible from Augsburg Germany. The Hebrew word "Shadai," one of the names for God, is prominently displayed in the middle of the design. A blend of various traditional motifs, this mezuzah case is a lovely expression of the rich legacy of Jewish religious history.
